The master community
Homes set into a living landscape
The Wilds is Aldar’s master community in Dubai’s Wadi Al Safa 3. The plan puts houses and apartments among native planting, water and a pavilion called The Nest, rather than around a single lawn.
Aldar launched the community with 3 to 5 bedroom Cassia villas and, alongside them, a much larger house type it presents as Moringa Mansions. Property records name four of those clusters: Murjan, Naseem, Nura and Dalma. The apartment collection, The Wilds Residences, followed with six buildings of 1 to 3 bedroom homes and a small retail line.
Across the ten recorded projects there are 1,688 homes: 841 Cassia villas, 747 at The Wilds Residences, and 100 signature villas. Villa phases target handover in 2029. The residences target June 2030. Aldar is the developer.
