Beside the two-storey Cassia houses, The Wilds has a much larger villa. Aldar presents that house as Moringa Mansions: 5 and 6 bedroom homes by Nabil Gholam Architects, with a rooftop terrace, an in-house gym, a private elevator, basement parking, a driver’s room and service quarters, looking onto a central park.

The unit file names four clusters, Murjan, Naseem, Nura and Dalma, together 100 freehold villas on four floors. Moringa Mansion and Ravenna Residences appear as building labels inside Murjan and Nura, not as extra projects. Four-bedroom homes start around 5,313 sq ft. Six-bedroom houses are about 19,420 sq ft. Naseem is the only cluster with a published six-bedroom start, from AED 53.2 million. The others are on enquiry.
