Two-storey villas among the trees

Cassia is Aldar’s villa collection at The Wilds: 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses on two floors. The unit file splits them into Cassia 1, Cassia 2, Cassia 3 and 4, Cassia 5 and Cassia 6, totalling 841 homes. Cassia 3 and 4 together are 408 villas.

Handover runs from January 2029 (Cassia 5 and 6) to February 2029 (Cassia 1 and 2) and May 2029 (Cassia 3 and 4). The shared payment plan is 10% on deposit, 55% during construction and 35% on handover. Register for availability. Title, where published, is freehold.

Some large-villa records use the building name Ravenna Residences. That name sits inside Murjan and Nura. It is not a separate Cassia project.
