The unit file lists 366 one-bedroom apartments from 798 to 1,407 sq ft, starting at AED 1.47 million; 258 two-bedroom apartments from 1,383 to 2,702 sq ft, starting at AED 2.71 million; and 116 three-bedroom apartments from 1,908 to 3,322 sq ft, starting at AED 3.67 million. Duplex layouts are part of that mix. They are a layout, not a separate count.
